Paul - moved it to

https://svn.codehaus.org/picocontainer/java/sandbox/picocontainer-web

and re-branded to use org.picocontainer.web groupdId and
picocontainer-web artifact prefix.

This in line with the proposed re-branding of Nano components to Pico,
and also to reflect that the new approach uses the storing behaviour
directly. The only other Nano dependency will be the scripting side,
which should be re-branded as org.picocontainer.script.

Have not yet renamed the packages in the code (only the directory
structure) but it's a simple task.

Also did some clean-up on the maven builds, separating the examples from
the main reactor - can now be built using -Pexamples profile.

Once we are happy with it, I'd like to move it to
https://svn.codehaus.org/picocontainer/java/web

and use http://picocontainer.org/web as the website - which can be
maintained independently of http://picocontainer.org (we need to convert
to xsite the confluence docs - appropriately updated - which will go in
https://svn.codehaus.org/picocontainer/java/web/distribution as per
usual convention).

Cheers
