[picocontainer-dev] Three tiers or four for webapps

PicoServletContainerListener has two constructors.  One that makes the  
classic app/session/request containers, and one were pre-made ones are  
passed in.

Mike, you first created the web usage of SystemPropertiesPicoContainer  
(etc) thereby making for webapps more than three tiers .... do you  
think its workable that PicoServletContainerListener's non defult  
constructor is flexible enough for more tiers than just three ?
