Good question.  Is there anybody actually using the CommandLinePico right now,
or is it serving more as an example of operation?

If the former, then I'll definitely put a deprecated stub there, if latter, then
I'm all for just deleting the old class. 

For some reason, I had it in my head that CommandLinePico hadn't really been
"released" yet, but... geeee DUH, I think it's been there for what, 4 versions
now?  :)
