[picocontainer-dev] Visitor Work

Hi guys,

I'm getting to the point where I really need to be able to bust out of a visitor
traversal once I've successfully traversed one container.  Normally I would do
that by returning a Boolean flag from the visit*() functions to indicate if I
should continue traversal.

But unfortunately, that would be an incompatible API change.  

Any ideas how to fix this in a compatible way?
