[picocontainer-dev] Ruby writer for PWR servlet

Jean Lazarou has written a XStream writer for PWR that serializes to a  
Ruby fragments (builder style).  It works with PWR, but maybe needs to  
migrate back to the XStream team for general reuse.

Fantastic stuff.
