[picocontainer-dev] PicoContainer 2.9 release ?

We've modest new functionality for Lazy lifecycle, improves for null  
handling, and a bunch of bug fixes.

Any objections to doing a release tomorrow?

I've to look some more at the plugin versions declarations in poms,  
but have nothing else backlogged.
