[picocontainer-dev] Pushing Pico 2.10 out ?

2.10 mostly moved the static converter to instance based, and allowed for additions to the same.
It also bumped a paranamer dep, which can leverage JSR330's @Named annotation.

Thoughts?

I think after this, there is full JSR 330 compatibility.  Mauro things this is fine time for a 3.0 push, that would also remove some deprecated methods.
