[picocontainer-dev] pushed a bug-fix release - 2.11

I've just pushed out 2.11 with some bug fixes and a *new module* which is a
variant of pico-core but with a real dep on Paranamer (nothing shaded) to
aid folks wanting to debug issues.

asm 3.3 is released, but not in maven repos - thus it's not been upgraded
