Configuring lifecycle handlers

Hi,

Would anyone object to me making the lifecycle handling configurable via
the standard plexus.conf?

Currently I'm building the little pipeline manually in the lifecycle
handler. I just want to add something like Turbine does for the request
processing. I could also add a way to insert phases programmatically so
via a JMX console you could add phases dynamically if you wished.

I could also hide a default file with a sensible configuration. While
I'm at it we could make things like the service repository
implementation pluggable.
