Sure, there's nothing technically wrong with Avalon it's just not that
good in many respects and they just aren't making any progress the same
discussions have been coming up for years, they can't resolve anything
and there's no real leadership. The only thing that will keep it afloat
is the apache namespace.

Yah, well, matter of opinion but at any rate there's no problem with it
being supported. Easy enough to do, I just have no interest in working
at any level with anything or anyone from Avalon.
