It is possible to make systems that run 365 days year, 24 hours a day.
  However, it is not trivial.   Anybody who does this needs to be
pretty experienced.  In your case, that probably means finding someone
to help.

Do you really need to never turn it off?  Can you ensure that power
runs 100% of the time?  In other words, do you have your own
generators?   If you don't have your own generators then you have
already decided that your computers will be down for short periods of
time, and you might as well use that time to upgrade the hardware.

It is all possible, but so few people do it that it is hard to find
people with the experience.
