Klaus, would you like my fork to lose transaction filtering? Does it
really have no use whatsoever (I have no idea)?

The changes would be:

Remove censorship package and all references to it (3 files).

Change method name of "CentralPublisher#approve" to name of your
choice since there's no longer any "approving" happening in it (as
"_censor.approve" is gone).

Remove PrevaylerFactory#configureTransactionFilteing,
"_transactionFiltering" and all uses of it.

Remove "guaranteeTransactionDeepCopy" (new) and all uses of it (both
method and variables, since it's only used to force deep-copy during
food-tasting to prevent direct-mode from acting twice on the same
references).

Or should I just change _transactionFiltering from "true" to "false"
by default (invoking the "LiberalTransactionCensor")?
Or should I just leave it as-is?
