well, IMHO throwing an RTE should be considered as a failure. it doesnt
matter if the transaction itself or some other piece of code throws it.
this is by definition of exception. there is no such thing that good
exception and bad exception.

ok, some exceptions can be used for other means but that is out of topic I
suppose.
