After some refactoring and cleanup, I uploaded the complete sources to [0]
github along with a naiv microbenchmark unit test: how fast can you munch
1.000.000 transactions while using one thread and tuned for speed, i.e. no
transaction deep copy before execution, no forced disk sync.

Local (P8 is 46 times faster)
