Run Robocode with NetBeans without having Robocode installed

That might be possible, as the robocode.jar is the main library. It depends what you want to do with Robocode from NetBeans. I haven't tried out that yet with NetBeans, as I have found no reason for doing it. Why do you want to run Robocode from NetBeans without installing Robocode?
