You are welcome to fork Robocode and also to open source it. However, if you make your own variant of Robocode, you need to call it something else than "Robocode" so people know that it is not the original game. You are welcome to use Robocode as a part of this name, if you wish. E.g. "ACI Robocode". Best regards, - Flemming N.
