How to change RADAR_SCAN_RADIUS to a value lower than 1200 pixels?

Hi folks! I'm trying to find a solution of how to change the radar scan radius robot's property to a value lower than 1200 pixels. I think one of those solutions would be change RADAR_SCAN_RADIUS constant from Rules Class. Is it possible? If yes, how can I proceed?
