Hi Noppelmax,

You are welcome to upload the robocode.jar file 1.9.2.5 to Maven. And yes,
the robocode.jar contains the Robocode API.

Maven has primarily been used for building Robocode as a complete
distribution file (robocode-1.9.x.x-setup.jar).
