Roller website menubar issue

Team:

I was poking around the roller.apache.org site just now and noticed
that the dropdowns, on the menubar items that have dropdowns, aren't
working. I tried with both Firefox and Chrome (both on Linux) and saw
the same behavior. Just FYI.
