Mulitpart Upload Failure

Hello Roller Community,

I am looking for a solution to a problem that was asked on this mailing 
list a few weeks ago.  The original question was asked by Matthew Huth.  I 
had followed the suggestions proposed by the mailing list user (Changing 
log level to DEBUG for more information), but this did not provide any 
more information.  I have reposed the question on StackOverflow.com, with 
some added information.  If anyone in the community could please help me 
track down this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
