Don't know what your requirements are so I can't say what is the best way, but the easiest way would be to deploy Roller separately (e.g. blog.mysite.com) and then, within your existing website (e.g. mysite.com) display a feed entries from one Roller blog, or an aggregated feed from the main page of the Roller site (via RSS/Atom). Users could then click through to get to individual blogs, individual blog entries and see comments directly in Roller (i.e. on blog.mysite.com). - Dave
