Actually, my original suggestion was correct but needed more detail.  
Download and open the roller-for-Tomcat ZIP 
(http://apache.petsads.us/roller/roller-5/v5.0.1/bin/), open the 
roller-5.0.1-tomcat.war inside it, in its WEB-INF/lib, open up the 
roller-weblogger-web-5.0.1.jar and it's inside that JAR at the top 
level.  I just did that right now to confirm it.  (web-inf/classes is 
for the future Roller 5.1 only.)

I don't use Windows or the rich text editor, so am unsure why 
copy-and-paste from Windows is not working for you.  Can you 
copy-and-paste into a graphical tool and then save it as a .png or a 
.jpg first, and *then* try to copy it into your editor? Straight copy 
and paste from print screen probably wouldn't work if Windows uses 
something non-standard to save the image.
