Hi Iftakhul, thanks for using Roller. I would say the simplest solution 
is to turn on comment moderation, which can be done by each individual 
blogger or set at an administrator-level to require it for all 
bloggers.  In most cases, once a spammer realizes comment moderation is 
"on", he stops spamming and will go to some other site instead.

But before you can turn on email notification, you need to have the blog 
server administrator set up Roller set up to be able to send emails 
(SMTP configuration).  I'm unsure whether the Mervpolis blog 
administrator (Frans?) has activated emails for blogs -- it's not 
difficult to do, have him read the Roller Installer guide (the latest 
nightly version for 5.1-SNAPSHOT has complete info, it's on our home web 
page menu) for mail configuration.
