Errata of install guide section 11.2

Hello,

The guide
(https://github.com/apache/roller/blob/trunk/docs/roller-install-guide.odt)
said on section 11.2 like that:

"NOTE: You can run the database scripts manually too, see Section 9.4."

but there's no section 9.4 now,
I think section 10.2 is correct.
