The Scarab developers' community announces the availability of the 
release Scarab-1.0 beta-20.

This new official release provide several new features:
    * Anonymous access,
    * workflow features,
    * blocking dependencies,
    * Date attribute types,
    * and much more, solving a lot of known issues from previous releases.

B20 is the current stable release of Scarab, and our recommended version 
for production systems.
