Because I cannot register on the tracker here is another of our
issues...Ive cut&paste from our own internal scarab.

The following error occurs trying to submit a summary for an issue with an exclamation mark:

Alert! Error: The Search engine could not parse the query: "+attributeId11:(Using exclamation marks in summaries results in an error!)+attributeId10034:(Subversion trunk 10627)". The reason was "Cannot parse '+attributeId11:(Using exclamation marks in summaries results in an error!)+attributeId10034:(Subversion trunk 10627)': Encountered ")" at line 1, column 74. Was expecting one of: "(" ... "*" ...  ...  ...  ...  ... "[" ... "{" ...  ... "
