@mck: Right, i had tags in mind, when i wrote it ;-) Your naming is ok for
me,
although i would prefer to name it 

    http://project.tigris.org/svn/scarab/branches/0.22-RC

Anyways i would then create tags as appropriate:

   http://project.tigris.org/svn/scarab/tags/release/SCARAB-0.22-RC-*

and finally:

  http://project.tigris.org/svn/scarab/tags/release/SCARAB-0.22

And maybe it is a good idea to fix our decision in the HOWTO_RELEASE docs...
