Since we are talking about IoC frameworks then I must pitch my own
project:

Sesat Commons IoC

This is two small classes to help with Contextual IoC. This means no
framework! I'm fond of libraries but not frameworks, as the former gives
you freedoms while the latter takes them away. This is generally my
reluctance towards Spring despite it containing many goodies.
