Quite correct. But we are the copyright holders so could waiver it here.
In fact the reason for choosing the AGPLv3 was more related to the Sesat
Kernel project, and there is good argument to change the Sesat Commons
projects over to LGPLv3.

Thanks for the pointer regarding the svn url, will fix.
