The self host may help us to identify flaws in the release -> switch to release branch. On the other hand it may help us to verify new concepts -> keep with trunk I personaly opt for associating the self host to trunk, because i think, all of us have stability and quality in mind when working on Scarab. So the danger of breaking something is not too high, but if something gets broken unintentionally, it has the best chnaces to pop up on the selfhost very soon after commit. And while we use selfhost for working on Scarab development, this is IMHO also the best way to get feedback... -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/howto-make-a-reliable-release-0.22-tp21347530p21474673.html Sent from the Scarab - Dev mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------ http://scarab.tigris.org/ds/viewMessage.do?dsForumId=455&dsMessageId=1026199 To unsubscribe from this discussion, e-mail: [[email protected]].
