Email Exception on Registering a New User for W

Hello, I am Mallesh Kolanu, working as Testing Engineer. I am trying to setup SCARAB - Windows Installer. 1. I dowloaded SCARAB Windows installer through the URL - http://scarab.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=8327&expandFolder=8327&folderID=0. 2. After Installling JDK 1.5.0.17, I am able to start the server and access SCARAB home page where all the modules are listed. 3. I tried to register a new user with valid Email Id and User credentials but it is throwing an Exception on Confirming the details. 4. The Error displayed is - Alert! An Exception occured.
