Hi,

1. "fixed a display bug in the 'associate users to issue' editor" as 
description is not very understandable to me.
2. Isn't this a bugfix and hence, should be committed in the release branch?

3. There discussion is already some time ago, but for the release I 
think it would be better to switch the selfhost to the release branch, 
if we think testing is good for b22.
