730 pending EMail in Scarab selfhost ...

Hi;

i just detected 730 emails, which have not been sent out due to several
issues with the mailing system
The oldest message is from 2006-06-23, the newest message is from 2009-05-13

I tend to remove all messages dated before 2009-01-01 and let scarab send
out the remaining 56 messages of this year. 

any opinions ?
