Re: Release preparations update - late change

Hi again,

while preparing for the release I realized that the torque version used 
is 3.3-rc2. I would prefer not to do a release using rc version 
components; especially as the final version (torque 3.3) is out already 
quite a while. So I decided for a test with torque 3.3 which lead us to 
updating velocity from 1.4 to 1.5 due to build issues. We've tested this 
already internally quite extensively and despite one minor layout issue, 
which we fixed already, everything seems fine.
So if all agree that updating torque and velocity to the versions 
mentioned is a good idea (even if it's a little late in the process for 
this kind of  changes), we will commit these changes to the release 
branch and the trunk (@Hussayn: please comment if/when this is ok for 
you) and I will redo the tests described below.
