Ability to create issues via email in Scarab

Hi,

Actually scarab allows to create issues via form in it=C2=B4s UI. We need t=
o implement a way in that an email is sent to a configured email address, t=
hen from this email is created automatically the issue in scarab.=20

It=C2=B4s possible? What i have to do with the Api functions or the server?
