Roadmap discussion

Hi all,

suggestion for the roadmap: Currently  the roadmap document is part of 
the generated maven documentation. So it's not easily editable, i.e. the 
documentation has to be build to get an updated roadmap and it has to be 
uploaded/hosted somewhere - and thus it's "a little outdated". I think 
it would be better having it as a simple webpage in the www directory, 
linked from the project_tools.html (navigtion) file from the same 
directory.
This way it would be part of the projects (home) page and quite easily 
editable for the comitters.

The document may contain three tables as described below
* Roadmap
    * Action/Task
    * Assignee (should be available, otherwise it will be part of the 
lower "wishlist" section)
    * Planned end date and/or Release (see comment above)
    * Notes
* Release plan
    * Release version
    * Guessed date (as far as available)
* Wishlist
    * Action/Task
    * Notes

?All content of this page should be discussed no the dev list before 
being added?
