The problem is, that, when removeAll is called the ReportTableModel-Object (the this in the put call) is not accessible.

Maybe the this.getClass() and ReportTableModel.class do not return the same Class-Object in every call, or the two "getValueAt" are treated as different objects and thus as different methods.
You could try something like:

Public final String REPORT_TABLE_MODEL ="ReportTableModel";
Public final String GET_VALUE_AT ="getValueAt";
ReportManager.getMethodResult().put(contents, REPORT_TABLE_MODEL, GET_VALUE_AT,new  Integer(row),new Integer(column));
ReportManager.getMethodResult().removeAll(ReportTableModel.REPORT_TABLE_MODEL, ReportTableModel.GET_VALUE_AT);

How about try like

Put
ReportManager.getMethodResult().put(contents, this, "getValueAt", new 
 Integer(row),new Integer(column));

Remove
ReportManager.getMethodResult().removeAll(object, "getValueAt");
