oh, sorry for confusing you.

with "our" i meant the scarab version running in my company
for my customers. it has nothing to do with self host or
scarab release.

better i should have written:

"i want to add more functionality for my customer to my scarab
which is based on release 0.21. in order to make myself life
easier i would like to start froim current trunk instead of
my 0.21 ... so i later can better feed back the work to scarab"

i hope i could now fully clearify ?
