I cannot find an "Enter new comment" button, I think you mean "Save" for comments? I can live with that, that in non-edit mode nothing is savable, or editable but adding new comments is still allowed. I don't like the circumstance, that you can add a comment by the attributes tab. Especially in the single screen view it is confusing.
