At the end of the day final documentation, once accepted, should go into 
the project under the xdocs/ directory.

Anything else, scarab's wiki, other websites, mailing list posts, IMHO 
should be considered 'patches' awaiting acceptance (or just happy to 
remain in an informal state). 

This reason i don't see the need for a wiki, it's just one more thing to 
maintain rather than actually coding on scarab, but i understand that not 
everybody has their own domain to place pages or likes posting 
documentation pages to the mailing list.
