That is final, or stable, documentation is found in 
http://www.solitone.org/scarab-trunk-doc/

The wiki is better suited for temporary or unfinished work, especially 
useful in my opinion when collaboration between developers is involved.

It's can be difficult to maintain tone, tense, and audience in a wiki. 
Hence the need for some sort of moderation before pages go into the final 
documentation.

For this reason i hope that nothing in the final documentation is copied 
into the wiki.
