No. Not every web 2.0 application/framework has an template system  
(vel if you don´t define something with pure html as a template  
system) you have to use. Hint: an apache project.

And if comments in this lenghty thread is welcomme: Except for the  
ugly seriff fonts the new layout is cleaner and the right information  
(what have been done and not dates and stuff) gets the focus and thats  
essential for a history view.
