Hello,

We had same problem very rarely when the server (Not Scarab But use same fulcrum component) restart.

I suspect that the quartz doesn't completely shutdown when fulcrum service disposed by some reason.
And the fulcrum quart component try to add the job again when it restart.
It is just my guess. there is no concreat evidance.
