It is fixed already in trunk.
 And running at http://sesat.no/scarab 
  (this is not a test installation!)

Someone to verify it would be highly appreciated.
So it will come in the next release 0.22

When 0.22 is planned i do not know. But I plan to fix:
 SCB1587 Wrong tab opened when browsing issues
 SCB2537 RSS/Atom on queries "unable to find resource"
 SCB2552 Preserve entered newlines when rendering wiki style
before thinking of making the 0.22 stability branch.
