+1 for releasing soon. 
I had already started to update xdocs/changes.xml back in July and (if we decide to release) I'll try to finish it in the next days.

if we want to release in the next weeks, I don't think we are able to close all open issues for 0.22.
Lots of these issues are old anyway, so most peoples use Scarab even with them.

How about concentrating on the "pet-issues", each developer mentioned lately (I have some too) and pushing all remaining issues into a new version 0.23. 
Each of us can of course push an issue back to 0.22 if *he* is willing to fix it in the next weeks.

Also lets upgrade the Selftracker to the latest trunk right now. If there are any major issues we will hopefully find them while using it.
