I am able to export the XML with correct
format for some issues recorded in Chinese Character .(the xml attachment)
  
but when I import the file into the system, the system was unable to
identify the Chinese Characters and return a message indicating that
 
the module or the attrubutes name are can not be found.
Chinese characters in the module and attribute names become garbage
characters in return. (the .jpg attachment)


MySQL 5.0.29 default charset = utf8
Server OS Windows server2003, default charset Simplified Chinese

Client browser: IE 6.0, client default charset: Traditional Chinese
