I whole-heartedly agree with you Ronny.
But should an error in one notification (or its associated activity) propagate to _all_ notifications.

IMHO notifications that are queued and are ok should go ahead and be sent. The bad notifications are still left as errors in SCARAB_NOTIFICATION_STATUS, so no symptom has been removed."
