  - "Short description" set to:
    "Perform a query, make one of the personnel attributes visible as a column.
Go into one of the issues that hasn't a value of that personnel attribute, add a user for that attribute, go back and refresh query.
The query will still display that personnel attribute as empty.

In src/conf/classes/cache.ccf change
jcs.region.org_tigris_scarab_om_Attribute.cacheattributes.MaxObjects=400
to
jcs.region.org_tigris_scarab_om_Attribute.cacheattributes.MaxObjects=0

and the problem goes away."
