    "Scarab has no idea about state. This is on purpose, because
"state" is just another customizable attribute. OTOH it makes
pretty much sense to add some state dependent behaviour to scarab.
I already started that a while ago by adding a customizable
property which tells Scarab about the existance of a state attribute.
That property was only used by the Notificationmanager to
produce meaningfull email titles. Noe i want to add some more
state related stuff (see comment)"
