  - Short description:
"The main idea is to provide javascript hooks (tag id's) by which javascripts
can find attribute targets on the screen. I also would like to be able to auto assign
users via scripts. For this purpose i need some user information on the browser
side. This will be the toughest task to manage, because (as with the self host)
the number of potentially assignable users can be huge."

I have been investigating in the question of auto assign users
to issues. The current solution is by no means a good way to
go. It has been introduced mainly to support the existing API-methods
who need some intake generated data elements.

Nevertheless i will add my current solution to trunk now.
But i will revisit this issue soon and most probably i will add
some hidden input fields, where automation scripts could place
userLoginNames and "assignTo", "assignCC", user attribute names.
The key point is to allow scripts to be easy writable. Currently
i must provide database Ids inside the javascripts which is ugly.
